Woods and vines from Japanese dormitory, Brass wire, Paper Tape

Native to Japanese dormitory, the vines measure deserted life/time of the building, capture bricks and gaps of wall, and creep from every hidden corner, forming an inverse correlation, inseparable but at the same time detached, between human intervention and the vines. This ambiguous border together with the dismantled wooden materials inside the dormitory transform to another gateway for the vines to expand their territory in imagination. As we draw in the native plants in the secondary forest nearby, the two meet at the common boundary and start the subtle and slow transference of energy. The unclear barrier is maintained for further exploration on the relationship between the speed of rate and energy exchange in different domains.
